GCC on Build-Operate-Transfer

We offer a Build-Operate-Transfer model – meaning Everest will Build the operation, Operate it to stability, and then Transfer it to the client once it’s ready to be “in-sourced”.

We provide a turn-key solution from advising on the optimal Indian city (based on talent availability and cost), entity registration and legal compliance, office space setup, recruitment of initial staff, to running the operations for an interim period. 

This model lowers the entry barriers for companies that want an India presence but are unsure about local regulations or scale – they can effectively incubate their India team with Everest bearing the setup risks. Alternately, if clients prefer not to own a captive, we can continue to host and manage the GCC as an outsourcing arrangement. The GCC can be for finance & accounting processes or even other corporate functions (tech support, data processing, etc.) where the client wants to tap into India’s talent pool.

Your Country Manager

Everest handles all groundwork starting from company registration/incorporation in India, regulatory approvals, finding office premises or arranging coworking space, IT infrastructure setup, etc. Essentially, we function as the client’s initial country manager and operations team.

We come prepared with vetted service providers for legal, compliance, payroll processing, etc. 

Scalable Model

Using our capabilities, clients can quickly set-up their offshore centre in India without much wastage of time and scale up their business operations in their home country.

Smooth Transition

When the client decides to take over the operations (often 1-3 years), we handle the Transition seamlessly – shifting employment of staff to the client’s new India entity, transferring leases and assets, and transitioning management. We essentially “institutionalize” the operation so it can run independently.
